- • As a Business Development Representative at DailyPay, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence by identifying and engaging qualified enterprise clients, directly contributing to revenue growth and the mission of transforming how people get paid through innovative on-demand pay solutions.
- • Your work will support DailyPay’s goal of strengthening employer-employee relationships by promoting a voluntary benefit that enhances financial well-being, increases workforce motivation, and reduces turnover for partner organizations.
- • You will become a DailyPay specialist through comprehensive training, enabling you to confidently articulate the value proposition of the platform and serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador in all prospect interactions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, prospecting new enterprise clients via cold calling and email outreach, qualifying leads, handling objections, and scheduling appointments for the Account Executive team to advance the sales pipeline.
- • You will assist in administering lead-generation projects, collaborate closely with your manager and sales team to refine outreach strategies, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- • The role emphasizes a customer-focused sales experience, requiring you to listen actively to prospect needs, tailor messaging around payroll and HR pain points, and position DailyPay as a strategic solution for modern workforce management.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- • Proven ability to initiate and develop strong relationships
- • Highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, and driven to achieve goals
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous but not required (training provided)
