- • As a Senior Solution Engineer at Tanium, you will play a critical role in helping the world’s largest organizations achieve unprecedented visibility and control over complex IT environments by bridging technical expertise with customer needs.
- • You will work directly with sales teams from initial discovery to deal close, lead technical demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements, translate business challenges into technical solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders from C-level to technical users.
- • You will partner with field engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure technical effectiveness, maintain strong customer relationships, and continuously improve the customer lifecycle experience.
- • You will represent Tanium at regional marketing events and conferences, contribute to sales and channel enablement through training, and travel 30-50% to engage with customers and prospects in person.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of operational and/or selling experience in endpoint operations or security
- • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions
- • Significant software pre-sales or value-based technical selling expertise in very large enterprise environments
- • Experience presenting at multiple levels, from C-Suite to solution users
- • Broad knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance space and products
- • BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience

- • Annual base salary range of $146,000 to $224,000, plus commission eligibility
