📋 Description

• Enterprise Account Executive role as part of the early ANZ GTM team at Haast Technologies, a Series A AI company transforming compliance workflows with an enterprise-grade LLM platform.
• Own the ANZ go-to-market motion by defining outreach strategies, building pipeline, and opening enterprise doors in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, and legal.
• Drive revenue growth by leading enterprise sales cycles from first contact to close, translating complex AI capabilities into clear business value for compliance and legal buyers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to refine GTM playbooks, surface customer insights, and represent Haast at industry events and within professional networks.
• Join a backed startup with proven traction—80% faster compliance reviews and 4x productivity gains for customers—and help shape the commercial foundation for US expansion from Sydney.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven enterprise sales pedigree with a track record of exceeding targets and closing complex B2B SaaS deals with large Australian enterprises.
• Genuine industry fluency in how marketing, compliance, and legal functions operate within regulated businesses such as finance, insurance, and legal sectors.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly and translate them into compelling business value for senior stakeholders like CMOs, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officers.
• Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and eager to build from scratch rather than manage existing processes.
• AI-curious: actively follows developments in enterprise AI and is motivated to shape its application in the compliance space.
