  • • As a Business Development Representative for Marcohire’s client, a leading provider of commercial drone systems and UAS solutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market reach by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise and public-sector deals. This role is critical to driving revenue growth through strategic outbound sales efforts targeting Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies in sectors such as public safety, utilities, energy, construction, and mining.
  • • You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead enrichment to negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management—using Pipedrive to maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting. Your work will directly support the launch of new drone technologies and product lines, while expanding the dealer network through targeted outreach to authorized DJI dealers and complementary businesses. Success in this role means influencing C-suite and director-level stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships, and contributing to the client’s reputation for excellence in mission-critical UAS solutions.

  • • You will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, including complex deal structuring, multi-stakeholder influence, and solution-based selling in technical environments. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluent English at C2 level, with excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to executive audiences.
  • • 3–7+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development, with a track record of closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals.
  • • Strong outbound sales motion, including cold outreach, sequencing, multi-channel prospecting, and CRM ownership (experience with Pipedrive or similar tools preferred).
