- • This Business Development Representative role in APAC serves as a strategic launchpad for future enterprise sellers at OpenAI, focusing on turning product usage, pilots, and inbound demand into qualified enterprise opportunities for large accounts.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Account Directors on account strategy and deal progression, designing and executing targeted outbound strategies using industry context and stakeholder mapping, leading high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities and map stakeholders, contributing to pipeline reviews with outbound activity and competitive signals, and building AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/Agents) to scale prospecting and qualification.
- • The role sits within OpenAI’s Enterprise Go-To-Market organization, which partners with global enterprises in Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Retail to deploy AI solutions at scale, transforming operations and customer experiences in complex, regulated environments.
- • The individual will develop core enterprise sales skills in discovery, stakeholder mapping, deal shaping, and executive communication while gaining deep insight into how leading companies adopt AI, positioning them for accelerated progression into Account Director or broader GTM roles based on performance.
