- • Generate sales pipeline by converting inbound leads and qualifying "in-market" opportunities for Tiger Data’s PostgreSQL platform.
- • Prospect into assigned target accounts and self-source new opportunities through outbound outreach.
- • Conduct cold calling as a core activity, with a minimum expectation of 80–100+ calls per day and sourcing 60–75 new contacts per week.
- • Execute multichannel outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and drive replies.
- • Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers and tailor messaging to their specific needs and challenges.
- • Build and optimize outreach sequences designed to create urgency and increase response rates.
- • Develop a clear account point of view (POV) explaining why now is the right time to adopt Tiger Data, why Tiger Data is the right solution, and why it matters to the prospect.
- • Earn qualified meetings for Account Executives by effectively communicating Tiger Data’s value proposition.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on account strategy, messaging, and next steps in the sales process.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and related CRM tools.
- • Attend industry conferences and events as required to support sales initiatives and expand prospecting reach.
- • Operate with a startup mindset: build, test, and iterate quickly on outreach strategies without waiting for perfect processes.
- • Actively seek and apply feedback to improve messaging, systems, and outcomes as the team scales.
- • Balance multiple priorities and high-volume targets while maintaining consistent performance and attention to detail.
- • Embrace a phone-forward, outbound-first culture where cold calling is central to winning new business.
- • Demonstrate grit and resilience by staying consistent through rejection and continuously iterating on approach.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related analytical field such as finance or consulting
- • Proven ability to hit ambitious targets and maintain consistent performance under pressure
- • Comfort and proficiency with cold calling as a primary sales channel
- • Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and build trust quickly in initial conversations
- • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, builder mindset—proactively improving processes and messaging
- • Located in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas
