- • Generate sales pipeline by converting inbound leads and qualifying "in-market" opportunities through direct outreach and research.
- • Prospect into assigned target accounts and self-source new opportunities using multichannel methods including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- • Conduct a minimum of 80–100 cold calls per day and source 60–75 new contacts per week as part of outbound-first sales strategy.
- • Build and execute targeted outreach sequences designed to create urgency and drive replies from decision-makers.
- • Research prospects and accounts to identify key buyers, understand their needs, and tailor messaging to demonstrate why Tiger Data is the right solution.
- • Develop a clear account point of view (POV) focused on timing, relevance, and differentiation to earn qualified meetings with potential customers.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to align on account strategy, messaging, and next steps for pipeline progression.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, pipeline stages, and outreach outcomes in Salesforce and related CRM tools.
- • Participate in industry conferences and events as required to support lead generation and brand visibility.
- • Operate with a startup mindset: test, iterate, and improve outreach plays, messaging, and systems without waiting for perfect processes.
- • Embrace direct feedback and coachability to rapidly refine techniques and increase conversion rates.
- • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly and ambiguity is common.
- • Demonstrate resilience and consistency through rejection, maintaining high activity levels and motivation despite challenges.
- • Work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain, with approximately 1–2 days per week in-office and the remainder remote.
- • Contribute to a collaborative, high-ownership culture that values initiative, accountability, and direct communication.
- • Actively engage with technical audiences and adapt communication style to resonate with developers and engineering decision-makers.
- • Utilize tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Apollo, and Google Workspace to manage workflow and track performance.
- • Pursue continuous improvement by seeking feedback, applying learnings, and proactively enhancing processes to scale outcomes.

- • Comfort and proficiency with cold calling as a primary sales channel
