- • As a Business Development Representative at TheyDo, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers, shaping their initial perception of the company and directly influencing revenue generation through strategic outbound prospecting in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include generating qualified discovery meetings through targeted, multi-channel outreach; partnering closely with 4-6 Account Executives as a strategic ally; conducting daily cold calling to build rapport and uncover opportunities; leveraging AI tools for account research and personalization; identifying and nurturing high-potential accounts; maintaining rigorous CRM hygiene; and contributing insights that refine the outbound playbook.
- • You will join a fully remote, globally diverse team of over 30 nationalities across 27 countries, united by a customer-led, people-first culture and backed by $50M in funding from top-tier investors like Blossom and 20VC, working to scale journey management for industry leaders including Ford, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Home Depot, and Lufthansa.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales expertise, deepen your understanding of enterprise buyer journeys, master AI-augmented sales techniques, and grow into a trusted strategic partner to Account Executives — positioning yourself for rapid career advancement in a category-defining startup.
