  • • Serve as the initial point of contact for Commercial and Enterprise prospects across the DACH region, generating and qualifying outbound leads while managing inbound inquiries via phone, email, social media, and video.
  • • Proactively prospect into new and existing Commercial/Enterprise accounts to identify, qualify, and nurture potential business opportunities by conducting initial conversations with decision-makers.
  • • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound activities, ensuring consistent pipeline growth aligned with regional and company targets.
  • • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to leverage insights, align messaging, and execute coordinated go-to-market strategies for maximum pipeline impact.
  • • Utilize industry-leading sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to execute outbound prospecting campaigns and track engagement metrics.
  • • Develop and refine pipeline generation skills through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and access to the company’s Learning Management System.
  • • Deepen product knowledge of 1Password’s Unified Access Management platform and its use cases in enterprise and commercial environments to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • • Adapt and experiment with new prospecting tactics and strategies when current approaches are ineffective, demonstrating creativity and data-driven iteration.
  • • Engage with prospects in both German and English, ensuring clear, professional, and culturally appropriate communication across all levels of enterprise organizations.
  • • Participate in occasional travel for company meetings, marketing events, or customer engagements, with frequency determined by business needs and language region alignment.
  • • Embrace AI-powered tools embedded in GTM workflows, including real-time coaching and insight surfacing, to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and customer engagement.
  • • Maintain strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple leads, tasks, and priorities across time zones and sales cycles.
  • • Actively participate in team knowledge sharing, celebrate collective successes, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance sales culture.
  • • Continuously seek feedback and learning opportunities to grow within the sales organization and advance career trajectory within 1Password’s GTM team.
  • • Operate within a remote-first environment, working from the UK, with an expectation of full-time remote productivity and alignment with global team rhythms.
  • • Complete an in-person onboarding in Toronto, Canada, as required for all GTM roles.
  • • Adhere to 1Password’s core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first, while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguity-tolerant environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English
  • • One or more years of experience in sales pipeline generation with proven success in both inbound and outbound sales
  • • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related sales tech tools
  • • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset in a fast-changing, AI-driven sales environment
