📋 Description

• Lead a high-volume outreach team as a people coach, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their goals.
• Design and implement multi-channel outbound strategies as a campaign architect, leveraging data and insights to drive pipeline generation.
• Own and operate the BD/lead automation stack, ensuring seamless integration with sales and marketing efforts.
• Sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy, contributing directly to business growth and scaling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Analyze and optimize outbound strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and sales.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
