- • As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the EMEA region at LucidLink, you will be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, playing a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. - • Your primary mission is to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads by proactively engaging with potential clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will be responsible for initiating contact with key decision-makers and influencers within our target industries, primarily focusing on creative, technical, marketing, IT, and operations personas.
- • You will master the art of outbound prospecting, leveraging a multi-channel approach that includes strategic cold calling, meticulously crafted email sequences, and keen observation of buyer signals to identify and engage with high-potential accounts. The goal is to book high-quality, qualified meetings for our Account Executives, ensuring these meetings are well-aligned with LucidLink's ideal customer profile and strategic objectives.
- • A significant component of this role involves maintaining a high volume of outbound activity. You will be expected to conduct 200+ daily dials, utilizing tools like Nooks to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. This high-activity environment demands a proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage your time and outreach efforts strategically.
- • Beyond proactive outreach, you will also be responsible for managing inbound interest. This includes responding swiftly and effectively to demo requests, nurturing these leads, and converting them into qualified meetings that hold significant potential for conversion.
- • A critical skill for this role is the ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism. You will engage in short, high-impact conversations, aiming to pique the prospect's curiosity and clearly articulate the value proposition of LucidLink's innovative solution.
- • Success in this role requires close collaboration with various internal teams. You will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and effective follow-up, with Strategic Account Directors to align on account strategies, with the Marketing team to leverage campaigns and content, and with RevOps to maintain accurate CRM hygiene and reporting.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ year of outbound prospecting or cold-calling experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role.
- • Proven ability to handle live objections and successfully book meetings over the phone.
- • Comfort and proficiency in making 200+ dials per day in a high-activity outbound sales environment.
- • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly create curiosity and articulate value propositions.
- • Resilience, emotional stability, and a proactive approach to handling rejection.
- • Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform effectively in a remote work setting.
- • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
