📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Representative for Fin’s Customer Agent products, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating pipeline and laying the foundation for the Fin Sales organization through strategic prospecting and customer engagement.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Account Executives to build and prioritize target account lists using firmographics, technographics, and intent data; engage with prospects and customers across the sales cycle—from first touch to adoption and expansion; operate across both high-velocity and complex sales motions; develop deep product expertise in Fin’s Customer and Sales Agent products; and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve pipeline generation and conversion.

🎯 Requirements
- • Strong desire to build a career in Sales with the goal of moving into a closing role in the future
- • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience, with sales or SaaS experience a plus
- • Comfortable working at pace in a high-velocity environment with strong prioritization skills
- • Prospecting skills across cold calling, email, and social platforms
- • Clear communication abilities, including adapting messaging to different audiences and active listening
- • Growth mindset: self-awareness, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous improvement
- • Results-oriented attitude: driven to hit targets and raise performance standards for self and team
- • Curiosity about AI and its impact on sales and customer service (technical expertise not required)
