- • Lead and manage a team of eight Solid Tumor Account Managers to drive sales growth for Tevimbra (tislelizumab) and the emerging GI pipeline, reporting to the National Sales Director, US Sales – Solid Tumor Franchise.
- • Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed division sales goals, including resource planning, performance management, and recruitment of top talent.
- • BeOne is a rapidly growing oncology-focused company dedicated to fighting cancer through innovative medicines, with a strong commitment to scientific excellence, collaboration, and patient-first values.
- • Develop leadership skills in sales strategy, team development, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining deep expertise in GI oncology, reimbursement, managed care, and specialty sales processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) required; 10+ years of pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience with significant Solid Tumor oncology background.
- • Proven track record in sales management, including recruiting, hiring, resource allocation, and performance management of sales teams.
- • Experience in specialty sales with understanding of reimbursement, distribution, managed care, hospital markets, IV/injectable/oral medications, and Medicare Part D.
- • Ability to measure and analyze KPIs and ROI, familiarity with CRM software, and strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- • Demonstrated resilience, self-starting work style, and expertise in building trusted advisor relationships and conducting crucial conversations.
- • Preferred: Master’s Degree in OD, ORGL, or MBA; 10+ years in Hematology & Oncology.
