- • Drive pipeline creation for enterprise accounts (300–3,000 employees) across targeted sectors including Tech, HCR, and Retail by conducting strategic account mapping and identifying key decision-makers.
- • Execute multichannel prospecting campaigns using email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative outreach techniques to consistently book 2–3 high-quality discovery meetings per week.
- • Apply Alan’s Smart & Soft selling methodology to ensure every prospect interaction aligns with the company’s premium customer experience standards.
- • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials and actively support Account Executives during client meetings, occasionally leading discussions with non-C-level stakeholders.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise prospects through consistent, value-driven follow-up throughout extended sales cycles to cultivate trust and move opportunities forward.
- • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and organization to track outreach efforts, meeting outcomes, and pipeline progression with accuracy and timeliness.
- • Contribute to and own strategic initiatives within the BDR team, including refining sales playbooks, improving prospecting workflows, and implementing process enhancements to boost team performance.
- • Analyze target accounts using data-driven insights to tailor outreach strategies and identify high-potential opportunities within assigned segments.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to align prospecting campaigns with broader go-to-market strategies and company messaging.
- • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving enterprise buyer behaviors to refine prospecting approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and consistent output under pressure.
- • Embrace continuous learning by mastering new tools, including AI-powered prospecting technologies, and incorporating feedback to improve performance and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2 years of professional experience (not exclusively sales-focused; analytical and versatile backgrounds valued)
- • Native-level French and professional working proficiency in English
- • Demonstrated strategic prospecting skills for enterprise accounts, including multichannel outreach and navigating complex sales cycles
- • Strong analytical thinking, account mapping, and problem-solving abilities
- • High organizational skills with proven CRM proficiency and consistent follow-up discipline
- • Confidence and resilience to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment
