- • As a Business Development Representative (German speaking) at TheyDo, you will be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers, shaping their initial impression and generating the qualified outbound pipeline that drives revenue targets.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting highly personalized multi-channel outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, strategically mapping target accounts, booking discovery meetings, collaborating closely with 4-6 Account Executives, and using AI tools to enhance research, personalization, and workflow efficiency.
- • TheyDo is a fully remote, fast-growing startup backed by $50M in funding, serving global enterprises like Ford, Cisco, and Siemens with an AI-powered journey management platform designed to make customer-centricity scalable and actionable.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced outbound sales skills, deepen your understanding of enterprise sales cycles, learn to leverage AI in sales processes, and grow as a strategic partner who contributes directly to company growth and brand perception in the DACH market.
