- • We are actively scaling our Sales Development team and are seeking customer-focused Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who are eager to take ownership of our outbound sales engine. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building a strong sales pipeline, particularly as we expand our reach into the enterprise market. Your efforts will be crucial in distinguishing Vanta as the undisputed best-in-class solution within a dynamic and increasingly competitive landscape.
- • As a BDR at Vanta, you will dive deep into understanding our comprehensive value proposition and the intricacies of our product suite. This foundational knowledge will enable you to effectively articulate how Vanta solves critical security and compliance challenges for businesses of all sizes.
- • You will become a master of strategic account identification, leveraging a sophisticated toolkit that includes Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense. Your expertise in these platforms will be key to pinpointing high-potential accounts that align with our go-to-market strategy, especially as we ascend into larger, more complex organizations.
- • A core responsibility will be to orchestrate and execute a multi-channel outbound prospecting strategy. This involves meticulously organizing your outreach efforts and maximizing their impact by developing and refining targeted sequences within our sales engagement platform, Outreach.
- • You will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling meetings directly onto the calendars of our Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover and a high-quality prospect experience. Accurate and diligent logging of all sales activities within our CRM is essential for tracking progress and informing future strategies.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves gracefully and effectively countering prospect objections. This requires not only strong interpersonal skills but also a solid understanding of our product and the competitive landscape, enabling you to address concerns with confidence and clarity.
- • You will act as a primary brand ambassador for Vanta, representing our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep sense of empathy for the challenges our prospects face. Your interactions will shape initial perceptions and build foundational relationships.
