- • Drive revenue growth by selling Solvos Staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions to existing clients, with approximately 90% of time dedicated to inside sales.
- • Proactively identify and pursue growth opportunities within an assigned client portfolio while selectively targeting new business aligned with Solvos service offerings.
- • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined territory planning, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting.
- • Build deep expertise in Solvos staffing and BPO solutions, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to effectively position offerings to clients.
- • Prepare and deliver professional client presentations including executive summaries, business reviews, and renewal proposals to key decision-makers.
- • Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, recruiting, and leadership to ensure accurate scoping, seamless service delivery, and strong client outcomes.
- • Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in Salesforce CRM by recording all sales activity, managing pipeline data, and ensuring complete documentation compliant with internal standards.
- • Complete all administrative requirements including submission of new business paperwork, expense reports, activity logs, and other required documentation.
- • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and internal collaboration events to support continuous improvement and alignment across teams.
- • Engage in occasional domestic and international travel (up to 20% of time) for client meetings, team events, and industry conferences, utilizing air travel, ground transportation, and rideshare services.
- • Foster strong internal partnerships with sales, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and execution.
- • Actively engage in continuous learning through training and professional development to stay current with Solvos evolving offerings and best practices in BPO and staffing sales.
- • Perform additional duties and contribute to special projects as assigned to support organizational priorities and business growth.
- • Maintain high standards of professional conduct, integrity, and confidentiality in all client and internal interactions.
- • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrate ability to quickly learn new applications as needed.
- • Communicate effectively through verbal and written channels, including sales calls, presentations, negotiations, emails, and executive summaries.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring sustained focus, adaptability, and strong time management skills.
- • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles with discipline, urgency, and attention to detail while maintaining accurate records and follow-through.
- • Demonstrate resilience in handling rejection and adapting to shifting priorities, client needs, and dynamic business conditions.
- • Apply consultative sales techniques to align client expectations with service deliverables and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- • Exhibit cultural sensitivity when communicating with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- • Perform sedentary work involving extended periods at a desk or computer, frequent use of keyboard and mouse, and visual acuity to analyze data on screens and printed materials.
- • Handle minimal physical lifting of documents and light office supplies; mobility required for occasional movement within office and offsite client locations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education, certifications, or job training programs preferred
- • At least two years of progressive B2B sales experience, ideally selling intangible services such as staffing, PEO, HCM, payroll, or BPO solutions
- • Proven experience using a CRM system (Salesforce or similar)
- • Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license required
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally (up to 20%)
