📋 Description

• • As a Business Development Representative at Replit, you will be an early member of the sales team responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting, playing a crucial role in the company's go-to-market strategy by identifying and qualifying potential customers across SMB to Enterprise segments.
• • Your day-to-day activities will include researching target accounts, creating personalized outreach strategies, articulating Replit's value proposition, scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives, maintaining accurate prospect data in HubSpot CRM, collaborating with marketing on lead quality feedback, and continuously refining outreach approaches based on performance data to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly qualification quotas.
