- • Serve as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to build and nurture early-stage relationships with potential customers across key global markets including Germany, France, UKI, and the USA.
- • Generate and qualify high-intent inbound leads by analyzing buyer engagement and behavior to ensure timely, personalized follow-ups aligned with customer journey stages.
- • Support outbound campaign execution by identifying high-potential prospects and tailoring outreach messaging, nurture sequences, and value-led collateral to specific verticals and decision-maker personas.
- • Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital to define, refine, and align lead scoring criteria, intent signals, and qualification standards with campaign goals and business priorities.
- • Work in tandem with Peak Account Executives and the Marketing team to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and consistent pipeline generation for UiPath’s vertical AI solutions.
- • Craft compelling, personalized outreach materials and follow-up communications that resonate with enterprise buyers and drive conversion into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- • Track, measure, and report on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution using Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms.
- • Maintain a structured feedback loop between Marketing, Sales, and Digital teams to continuously improve targeting accuracy, messaging effectiveness, and qualification processes.
- • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly performance targets and KPIs tied to lead volume, qualification rate, and pipeline generation.
- • Contribute to shaping a consultancy-style seller mindset by understanding customer pain points and positioning UiPath’s AI automation solutions as strategic business enablers.
- • Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in enterprise AI and automation to enhance credibility and relevance in customer conversations.
- • Operate with a high degree of organizational discipline, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple pipelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and process compliance.

- • Adapt outreach strategies based on regional market nuances and cultural considerations within target geographies to maximize engagement and response rates.
