  • • Generate qualified outbound sales pipeline for 1Password’s SMB customers through phone, email, social media, and video outreach.
  • • Manage and nurture prospects in new and existing Commercial accounts, qualifying leads and facilitating smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
  • • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to align on targeting, messaging, and shared sales goals.
  • • Utilize industry-leading tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to optimize workflow, track interactions, and enhance productivity.
  • • Handle inbound sales inquiries and route them appropriately within the sales team for further engagement.
  • • Continuously develop pipeline generation skills through onboarding, Learning Management System resources, and ongoing manager coaching.
  • • Deepen product knowledge of 1Password’s Unified Access Management platform and its use cases for SaaS and AI-driven environments.
  • • Embrace AI-powered tools for real-time coaching, customer insight surfacing, and decision-making to work smarter and increase efficiency.
  • • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, test new outreach tactics, and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
  • • Participate in occasional travel for company meetings, marketing events, or customer engagements, with potential international travel where language skills are valuable.
  • • Maintain strong organization and time management to juggle multiple tasks, pipelines, and follow-ups effectively.
  • • Demonstrate a growth mindset by actively seeking feedback, learning from peers, and committing to professional development within the sales organization.
  • • Work in a hybrid model with in-person onboarding required in Toronto, followed by regular in-office collaboration expectations.
  • • Contribute to a culture built on honesty, simplicity, and putting people first, while thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • • Engage with cutting-edge AI technologies daily as an essential part of the sales process, not as an optional tool.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Up to one year or more of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or roles requiring communication and relationship-building
  • • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with ability to engage and develop relationships internally and externally
  • • Comfort with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales tech tools
  • • Results-oriented mindset with discipline and motivation to achieve and exceed targets
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and commitment to continuous learning
