📋 Description
- • As a Business Development Team Lead at Fresha, you will drive growth across the Iberia region by leading a team of Business Development Managers, helping them achieve targets, develop skills, and deliver consistent results in a high-growth tech environment.
- • Day to day, you will coach and manage your team, oversee sales pipeline, collaborate with the General Manager and commercial team to shape regional growth strategy, and foster a high-performance sales culture rooted in clarity, momentum, and ownership.
- • Fresha is the AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry, trusted by 140,000+ businesses and 450,000+ professionals worldwide, processing over 1 billion appointments, with headquarters in London and 15 global offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and strategic sales skills, contribute to regional market expansion, and build a high-performing team in a fast-scaling technology company with global impact.
