• • The Business Finance Specialist role is critical to Tide’s mission of helping SMEs access the right financial solutions through its Funding Options platform, directly supporting business growth by matching customers with suitable finance products from over 80 lenders.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing vendor relationships, engaging small business customers through the finance application process, building and nurturing relationships with lending partners, articulating the Finance Options by Tide proposition, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, monitoring market trends, and sharing success stories internally.
• • The role sits within Tide’s Sales team, part of a fast-growing, high-performing unit focused on delivering exceptional customer service and financial inclusion for SMEs across India, the UK, Germany, and France. Tide is a purpose-driven fintech with over 1.8 million members globally, known for innovation, inclusivity, and a strong culture of diversity and flexibility.
