- • Business Finance Team Lead (Partner Credit Services UK) – Lead and develop a team of unsecured finance brokers to drive performance, generate leads, and achieve revenue targets in a fast-growing FinTech environment supporting UK SMEs.
- • Day to day: Lead, mentor, and develop brokers; monitor and manage team KPIs and pipeline activity; deliver coaching and training; work with senior leadership to align goals; identify process improvements; support brokers in structuring deals and closing sales; contribute individual revenue when needed; collaborate with Salesforce team to improve systems.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within financial services
- • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets
- • Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, motivate, set expectations, and develop a team
- • Minimum 9 years total experience, including at least 2 years directly leading a team, preferably in UK or another English-speaking market
- • Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
