- • As a Business Integration Consultant Principal at Prime Therapeutics, you will lead strategic client implementations and enterprise-wide projects that directly impact the delivery of pharmacy care solutions, driving key business outcomes through project management, enterprise analysis, and executive engagement in a purpose-driven organization focused on connecting care beyond profits.
- • You will own end-to-end workstream delivery for client implementations, including leading negotiations, managing cross-functional teams, facilitating kickoff and issue-resolution sessions, maintaining process documentation, and mentoring a team of Business Integration Consultants and Leads to ensure successful transitions to Client Engagement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- • 7+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related discipline
- • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously under strict timelines while maintaining quality and driving organizational change

- • Competitive salary range of $108,000.00 - $184,000.00 based on experience and skills
