• • The Bswift Implementation Solutions Architect serves as the principal technical lead for moderate to high‑complexity clients, driving end‑to‑end implementation excellence by translating business needs into high‑quality deliverables, maintaining strong client communication, and ensuring timely, accurate project execution.
• • Day‑to‑day responsibilities include owning implementation progress for moderate‑complexity clients, communicating with EBTech teams and client contacts, providing continuous feedback on implementation status, teaching team members software deployment aspects, performing root cause analysis, delivering consistent implementation experiences, maintaining working knowledge of health and benefits products, translating business needs into comprehensive deliverables, raising issues to project management, applying sound judgement to business processes, meeting regularly with project managers and teammates, serving as a subject matter resource in client meetings, anticipating client support questions, developing trusted advisor relationships, representing EBTech professionally, supervising and mentoring teammates, ensuring timely task completion, providing review and feedback to team members, and pursuing personal and professional development.
