- • As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike is seeking a Director of Professional Services for Latin America to lead and scale regional operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver world-class security services to protect organizations against advanced threats.
- • The role involves leading and scaling Professional Services operations across LATAM, executing strategic revenue growth plans, building partnerships with law firms and insurance providers, launching tailored service offerings, leading technical teams across incident response, consulting, and implementation, managing partner delivery services, driving thought leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, developing business cases for regional investment, and overseeing delivery quality and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience leading revenue growth for professional services organizations in LATAM
- • Proven track record of building and scaling technical teams across multiple countries
- • Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics and business practices
- • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining partnerships
- • Experience overseeing incident response, consulting, or technology implementation projects
- • Track record of successful business case development and execution
- • Strong public speaking and thought leadership capabilities
- • Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
- • Strong business acumen and financial management skills
- • Excellent communication skills in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- • Ability to travel locally in the region and internationally (e.g., to the United States)
