- • Develop and execute the Business Intelligence (BI) & Revenue Assurance Program, Annual Rate Increases, operations dashboards, and reporting, and overall Gross Margin (GM) Integrity.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive business growth and revenue.
- • Design, develop, and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, operations teams, and external partners.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and revenue assurance.
- • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Team to develop and implement new business intelligence tools and technologies.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Metergy's business operations, including submetering, billing, and revenue assurance.
- • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- • Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Business Intelligence Team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, revenue assurance, or a related field.
- • Proven experience in developing and executing business intelligence programs, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- • Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies, including data visualization software and business intelligence platforms.
- • Strong understanding of business operations, including submetering, billing, and revenue assurance.
