- • Your primary mission will be to ensure that every HR platform we deploy is bullet-proof, intuitive, and aligned with real-world business needs. You will author detailed test plans, execute end-to-end system validation, and meticulously log defects so that our colleagues can rely on flawless digital experiences every single day. Each test cycle you run will directly influence the productivity of teams serving 10,000+ global clients—from education and healthcare to financial services and manufacturing.
- • Beyond testing, you will act as a detective of inefficiency. By mapping current HR processes, interviewing stakeholders, and analysing data flows, you will uncover bottlenecks that cost time and money. You will then prototype lightweight, AI-infused improvements—think chatbots that auto-answer policy questions or dashboards that predict attrition—turning raw ideas into measurable gains in employee satisfaction and operational speed.
- • Collaboration is the heartbeat of this role. You will pair daily with senior engineers, HR business partners, and change-management specialists in stand-ups, design sprints, and retrospectives. Expect to present findings to directors, defend your recommendations with data, and iterate rapidly based on feedback. Your voice will matter: interns before you have influenced product roadmaps and seen their code deployed to production within weeks.
- • Documentation is not an afterthought; it is your legacy. You will craft living test reports, process playbooks, and user-guides that future interns and full-time hires will reference. By embedding screenshots, decision trees, and short Loom videos, you will make complex workflows feel effortless for non-technical users.
- • You will also have a front-row seat to emerging tech. Logicalis partners with Cisco, Microsoft, HPE, IBM, NetApp, Oracle, ServiceNow, and VMware, giving you exposure to best-in-class tools and early-access beta features. Whether you are curious about cloud orchestration, zero-trust security, or IoT analytics, you can schedule shadow sessions with subject-matter experts and even earn vendor certifications on company time.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently in the final year of—or recently completed—a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Business Administration, or a related field
- • Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex workflows and translate findings into clear, data-driven recommendations
- • Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JIRA
- • Solid understanding of business processes and an interest in how artificial intelligence can optimise HR operations
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, plus a collaborative spirit that thrives in diverse, cross-functional teams
