📋 Description

• As a Business & Marketing Apprentice, you will help accelerate the growth of BlaBlaCar in France, working across its three main supplies: carpools, buses, and trains.
• You will join a dynamic and fast-paced team at the heart of our growth strategy, tackling a wide range of projects, including top of funnel actions and lower funnel performance strategies, as well as partnerships management.
• You will contribute to launching new initiatives, analysing performance, running campaigns, and working on impactful projects to encourage more people to use BlaBlaCar whether it is with carpool, bus or train.
• You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with teams across CRM, paid media, partnerships, and product marketing.
• You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from launching new initiatives to analysing performance and running campaigns.
• You will be part of a fast-paced team that is at the heart of BlaBlaCar's growth strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a related field (marketing, business development, or a similar field).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
