📋 Description

• Monad Labs Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Marketing Lead to spearhead marketing initiatives for the Monad Foundation's key priorities. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with the business development team to execute strategic marketing plans, cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, and drive go-to-market (GTM) activations from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of Monad's institutional and enterprise positioning, contributing to its robust reflection in the market, and will be instrumental in advising on business marketing budgets to maximize impact and efficiency.
• In this capacity, you will be the driving force behind business marketing execution, focusing on the Monad Foundation's highest-priority deals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a real-time overview of the sales pipeline, proactively identifying synergistic co-marketing opportunities, and meticulously crafting comprehensive marketing plans tailored to specific deal objectives. You will be the central point of contact for all marketing-related activities concerning external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment. A significant aspect of your role will involve leading GTM activations with these external partners, which includes managing co-branded campaigns, orchestrating shared announcements, and coordinating in-person events and activations. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that Monad's narrative is effectively communicated to institutional and enterprise audiences, reinforcing its value proposition in the rapidly evolving decentralized technology landscape.
• Furthermore, you will be tasked with building and refining the content infrastructure essential for the business development team's success. This entails owning the Monad Foundation's institutional newsletter, developing and maintaining evergreen website resources, creating compelling sales materials, and crafting clear positioning documents. These resources will empower the BD team to articulate Monad's story effectively to diverse audiences, including those in payments, institutional finance, and enterprise sectors. Your role extends to measuring the outcomes of all marketing efforts, rigorously tracking which co-marketing programs yield the most significant results, identifying which partnerships generate outsized value, and determining where to best allocate resources and time for maximum ROI. This data-driven approach will ensure continuous improvement and optimization of marketing strategies.
• You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and efficiency across diverse geographies and time zones. This involves adeptly managing asynchronous workstreams involving multiple external partners concurrently, maintaining crystal-clear written communication to ensure alignment and understanding, and consistently delivering on project timelines without the need for constant supervision. Your ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and drive initiatives forward independently will be paramount. 🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing, ideally at a SaaS company, crypto infrastructure project, or emerging tech platform.
• Experience running co-marketing programs with external stakeholders is essential.
• You know how to take a complex technical product and build a narrative that lands with business executives or institutional audiences.
• You are empirically minded, defining success metrics before launching, tracking outputs rigorously, and making decisions based on signal.
• Fluent in AI tools and strong prompting skills.
• High agency: You don't wait for direction; you come to the table with proposals, move fast, and enjoy solving hard problems.
• Familiar with the crypto and broader tech landscape; deep crypto-native experience is a plus.
