As a Business Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our new business clients embark on their crypto journey with Kraken with a seamless, efficient, and exceptional experience.
- • This is a fixed-term contract position, offering a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of crypto for a 6-month period, contributing directly to the success of our business clients.
- • You will be the primary point of contact for new business clients, guiding them through the entire onboarding process from initial engagement to full platform integration. This involves meticulously managing documentation, verifying compliance, and providing personalized support to ensure a smooth transition.
- • A core responsibility will be conducting thorough Know Your Business (KYB) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) practices. This requires a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements to ensure all clients meet Kraken's stringent compliance and risk management standards.
- • You will be instrumental in upholding Kraken's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures. This involves not only adhering to these policies but also actively identifying and escalating any suspicious documentation or activities to the relevant internal teams for further investigation, thereby safeguarding the integrity of our platform.
- • Effective and proactive communication is paramount. You will engage with clients primarily via email, providing clear, concise, and timely responses to their inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on navigating Kraken's diverse suite of products and services.
- • Beyond individual client management, you will collaborate effectively with both your immediate team members and cross-functional departments. This collaborative spirit is essential for achieving overarching business objectives, sharing best practices, and collectively enhancing the client onboarding experience.
- • You will be expected to contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects, bringing your unique insights and expertise to drive improvements and innovation within the onboarding function.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information within our systems is crucial for operational efficiency and compliance. You will be responsible for updating and managing client records as required.
