- • Lead troubleshooting for complex business application issues, coordinating with vendors and IT development teams to resolve system-related problems.
- • Analyze system performance, identify operational trends, and recommend enhancements to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for specific enterprise applications, providing strategic guidance and best practices to users and teams.
- • Drive process automation and system improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and streamline operational workflows.
- • Create, update, test, and maintain forms, document templates, and related business rules across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and proper workflow execution.
- • Partner with business and technical teams to implement form changes, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- • Perform quality assurance testing on forms and document templates to ensure adherence to company standards, legal mandates, and established service level commitments.
- • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all forms, templates, and business rules to support audit readiness and knowledge transfer.
- • Provide user training and support for business applications to increase adoption, reduce errors, and improve overall system utilization.
- • Ensure all forms—including deeds, policy jackets, schedules, affidavits, and settlement documents—are data-populated, compliant, and properly integrated into system workflows.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align form design and system functionality with evolving regulatory and operational demands in the title and real estate services industry.
- • Execute all other duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of related work experience in business operations, application support, or forms design
- • Proven experience creating, testing, and maintaining enterprise forms and document templates
- • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in financial or real estate services
- • Ability to coordinate with IT, vendors, and business teams to resolve complex system issues
- • Experience performing quality assurance testing and maintaining documentation for business systems
- • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
