- • The Business Operations Associate will work closely with core teams on the highest impact initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.
- • As the company grows, the Business Operations Associate will help solve new challenges, build new capabilities, and drive execution wherever it matters most.
- • The Business Operations Associate will drive high-priority initiatives across the business, work with leadership to solve business and product challenges, build new teams, processes, and capabilities as the company grows, lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, research new markets, products, and business opportunities, improve how we operate by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions, and take ownership of projects and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
- • The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and business judgment, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges, be comfortable working across different business functions, have strong ownership and execution skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, be curious, resourceful, and driven to build.
- • This role is not for people who only want to attend meetings, candidates who cannot follow up aggressively and professionally, those who need fixed scope and slow timelines, people who avoid messy cross-functional problems, or people who produce long updates without clear decisions or next actions.
- • The Business Operations Associate will be based in Australia and will work remotely, but must be based in Australia.
- • English is the main working language across global teams, and strong English communication is required.
- • The interview process will involve an online assessment or practical task, a role-specific interview, and a CEO/final round.
- • Strong candidates will be prioritized and the process will be completed within 1 week from the start of the interview process.
