📋 Description

• The Business Operations Associate will work closely with core teams on the highest impact initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.
• The role involves driving high-priority initiatives across the business, working with leadership to solve business and product challenges, building new teams, processes, and capabilities as the company grows, leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution, researching new markets, products, and business opportunities, and improving how we operate by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and business judgment, be able to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges, be comfortable working across different business functions, have strong ownership and execution skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• The role is not for people who only want to attend meetings, candidates who cannot follow up aggressively and professionally, those who need fixed scope and slow timelines, people who avoid messy cross-functional problems, or people who produce long updates without clear decisions or next actions.
• The role is remote, but candidates must be based in Korea.
• English is the main working language across global teams, and strong English communication is required.
