- • Business Operations Associate at Whippy, a bootstrapped and profitable AI native platform for business communication, is responsible for taking the operational layer off the CEO's plate and running it better than he did.
- • The role involves owning various tasks such as billing and collections, contract and system alignment, upgrade and renewal execution, accounts payable and customer billing support, inbound routing, recruiting operations, and CEO operations.
- • As the role progresses, the Business Operations Associate will graduate into strategic work such as new market research, pricing and deal modeling, partnership and channel research, and special projects.
- • The ideal candidate is one to three years out of school, organized to a fault, and able to point to concrete evidence of outworking and outthinking peers.
- • The role requires fluency with spreadsheets, experience with AI tools, and judgment to notice what needs doing before it is assigned.
