📋 Description
- • The Business Operations Coordinator at Solv Energy plays a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant business operations that support the delivery of utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects nationwide.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting Service Managers with operational coordination, monitoring project performance, managing project tasks within budget and timelines, liaising between customers and management, leading internal meetings, preparing documentation such as meeting minutes, change orders, invoices, and purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- • Solv Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, specializing in renewable energy projects across the United States, with a strong commitment to safety, diversity, inclusion, and employee ownership.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in project coordination, contract administration, financial tracking, and operational improvement, while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and contributing to process innovation and profitability goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management
- • High School Diploma or GED
- • Basic knowledge of ERP Systems
- • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan
- • Ability to use independent judgment and self-start
- • Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company
