• • The Business Operations Lead at Ambience Healthcare Inc. serves as an internal operator who transforms ambiguous, high-leverage problems into shipped outcomes that directly impact company KPIs, enabling the organization to scale through cross-functional execution and system-building.
• • Day to day, the role involves driving end-to-end cross-functional initiatives from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, measurement, and handoff; redesigning implementation workflows to increase site go-live throughput; defining pricing and packaging strategy; building product launch playbooks; standing up RevOps infrastructure; launching finance tooling MVPs; and delivering project dashboards and KPI specs with regular update cadences.
