Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• • As the Business Operations Manager at myTomorrows, you will be the executional backbone of the company — owning the systems, governance, and processes that allow a fast-scaling healthtech organization to execute with clarity and speed. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, reporting into the CEO’s Chief of Staff and partnering closely with the extended leadership team to ensure the company runs effectively as it grows and communication flows smoothly at all levels of the organization.
• • You will drive the OKR-setting process, collect and format data for business delivery tracking, analyze and provide insights on business delivery status, map out and improve governance processes, coordinate extended leadership team weekly alignment, drive company-wide communications on business delivery, track and resolve open points from executive meetings, run day-to-day project management of company-wide initiatives (e.g., AI adoption roll-out), support the Chief of Staff in addressing executive priorities and drafting board-level updates, and conduct ad-hoc data analysis or market research to support executive decision-making.

• • In this role, you will develop strong executive-level influence, refine your ability to synthesize complex information into clear outputs, gain deep exposure to cross-functional strategy and operations in a high-growth healthtech environment, and build expertise in OKR governance, project management, and executive communications — positioning you for senior leadership roles in operations or strategy.
