  • • Join AirOps Inc., a pioneering end-to-end content engineering platform designed for the AI era, at a pivotal moment of hyper-growth. We are revolutionizing how brands achieve visibility and maintain relevance in an AI-driven discovery landscape. Our innovative platform empowers marketing teams to navigate this new paradigm, identify high-impact opportunities, and produce accurate, on-brand content that garners both AI citations and human trust. With significant backing from leading venture capital firms like Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we are building the intelligent systems that will define the future of marketing leadership. As the founding Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing the operational and analytical infrastructure necessary to scale AirOps from its current success to achieving $100 million in revenue and beyond. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take on a role that blends operator, strategist, and builder responsibilities, where no task is too small and no problem is too complex to tackle. You will be instrumental in systematizing recurring tasks, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing the overall speed and intelligence of our business operations across all levels.
  • • Your core responsibilities will include building and owning the critical operating cadences that ensure AirOps remains aligned and progresses effectively. This encompasses establishing and managing processes for Annual Planning, Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), and Objective and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring clear communication and accountability throughout the organization.
  • • You will be tasked with designing and implementing AI-native workflows across key business functions, including Deal Desk operations, Business Reporting, and workspace management. This will involve leveraging AirOps' own platform, alongside other AI tools like Claude, to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve embedding into various functions for intensive 2–4 week strategic sprints. During these sprints, you will meticulously diagnose complex problems, meticulously structure innovative solutions, and drive these initiatives through to successful completion, demonstrating tangible impact.
  • • You will own and execute deep analytical work, providing essential leadership reporting and conducting in-depth analyses. This will cover critical areas such as pricing strategies, customer cohort performance, sales capacity planning, and strategic forecasting, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • • A key objective will be to identify and quantify new business opportunities. This includes exploring new market verticals, developing innovative pricing models, and devising expansion strategies, all supported by clear unit economics and a well-defined path to execution.
  • • Furthermore, you will manage and optimize our core operational infrastructure, encompassing essential areas like corporate compliance, vendor management, and the oversight of General and Administrative (G&A) services, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
  • • This role demands a proactive and strategic mindset, with a strong emphasis on driving execution and owning outcomes. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, bringing structure, prioritization, and velocity to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your ability to switch contexts rapidly and contribute meaningfully across diverse functions, from finance to go-to-market and product, will be crucial for success. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential for articulating complex ideas and facilitating productive discussions. A low-ego approach and a commitment to taking on all tasks with equal seriousness will foster a collaborative and effective team dynamic.
