- • As a Business Development Analyst for the Latin America South (LAS) region, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth within the Building Adhesive Solutions segment, specifically focusing on the Woodworking, Composites, and Glass & Construction markets.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business leads, ensuring a robust pipeline of potential customers for H.B. Fuller's innovative adhesive solutions.
- • You will be expected to develop a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of these target markets. This includes detailed market mapping, identifying key customer profiles, analyzing H.B. Fuller's current market share, and understanding the competitive landscape, including major market products and competitor strategies.
- • A crucial aspect of this role involves fostering strong connections with the global team. You will collaborate closely with Product Line Managers (PLMs) and the commercial sales team to facilitate increased sales and market penetration.
- • You will be responsible for accurately inputting and diligently managing all sales-related data within the Salesforce tool, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
- • This role will provide essential support for the registration and extension processes of Finished Goods across the LATAM South region, ensuring compliance and efficient product availability.
- • You will actively contribute to the development and onboarding of new representatives and distributors, helping to expand our network and reach within the target markets.
- • A key function will be to assist the logistics and commercial teams in accurately calculating and managing the import costs associated with our products, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
- • You will conduct cost simulations for products manufactured at different H.B. Fuller plants, taking ownership of the product registration process and managing sample requests to support sales efforts.
- • Providing dedicated support to the commercial team during the development of new opportunities is paramount. This includes managing sample imports, preparing and delivering corporate presentations, identifying potential business opportunities, and closely monitoring the progress of ongoing developments.
