- • Business Operations Manager at Nooks Platform Inc., a fast-growing AI-native GTM company, plays a central role in scaling the operating system behind one of the most innovative sales-tech companies, partnering with executive leadership to turn strategy into action and drive company-wide initiatives.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives, owning business planning processes like annual planning and OKRs, building operating cadences, analyzing performance, creating dashboards, leading cross-functional projects, identifying bottlenecks, supporting executive decisions with data, evaluating opportunities, and preparing executive materials for leadership and board discussions.
- • Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM, with over 1,500 customers including Notion, HubSpot, and Rippling, backed by $70M+ from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and has tripled ARR annually for three years, turning the art of sales into a scalable science through AI automation.
- • The person in this role will gain broad exposure across all company functions, work directly with senior leaders on high-stakes decisions, help shape strategy and operations of a rapidly scaling AI company, own meaningful initiatives with company-wide impact, and have a front-row seat to influencing the trajectory of a category-defining business at a pivotal growth stage.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance, Chief of Staff, or a similar analytical role.
- • Experience operating in or advising high-growth technology companies.
- • Highly analytical with comfort working with data to drive decisions.
- • Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- • Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving complex, unstructured problems.
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- • Strong bias toward action and ownership.
- • Enjoy working directly with senior leaders on high-stakes decisions.
