- • As a Business Operations Manager/Senior Manager at Zip, you will be part of a small, high-leverage team responsible for tackling the company’s most important business challenges, leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable impact with significant ownership and visibility.
- • You will lead zero-to-one strategic initiatives, take ownership of projects end-to-end, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer, Product, and G&A teams, build scalable processes and systems, analyze business performance, and define success metrics to ensure accountability across key initiatives.
- • Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, and Mars, backed by top investors including Tiger Global and Y Combinator, with a mission to orchestrate procurement across teams, tools, and suppliers using AI agents to help companies innovate faster.
- • In this role, you will develop strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, gain exposure to senior leadership, and achieve measurable outcomes by designing and operationalizing new processes that drive efficiency and growth across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations at a high-growth startup.
- • 4-year undergraduate degree (preferably in a quantitative or analytical field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related).
- • Proven ability to independently problem-solve and drive complex projects under ambiguity.
- • Strong analytical skills, including experience working with complex business data.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across levels and functions.
- • Demonstrated ability to create and operationalize new processes, systems, or programs.
