- • As a Business Operations Manager at Pomelo Care Inc., you will help build, optimize, and scale best-in-class operations for the doula business line by delivering data-driven analysis, insights, and operational initiatives that drive impact for members.
- • Day to day, you will analyze and report on key operational metrics and performance trends, leverage data insights to identify and prioritize areas for operational efficiency, implement critical process improvements, own end-to-end operations for new plan launches including clinical team capacity planning and SOP development, and manage key operational projects that improve care delivery using analytical rigor to assess success while communicating timelines and roadblocks with cross-functional partners.
- • You will join a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, engineers, and problem-solvers at Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice redefining the healthcare journey for women and children through a high-touch, technology-driven platform that provides continuous support from family building to postpartum, pediatric, and midlife care.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare operations, data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling operations in a high-growth startup environment, with opportunities to build forecasting models, lead process improvements, and directly impact patient outcomes through improved doula service delivery.
