📋 Description

• Business Operations Manager for Cashalo, Tilt's Philippines lending business, owning the operational backbone and driving high-impact initiatives at the intersection of operations, strategy, and emerging technology.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve quality, reduce operational defects, and increase scalability; build and maintain reporting rhythms and dashboards for real-time leadership visibility into CS health, KPIs, and risks; translate operational data into actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
• Join a mission-driven fintech company using machine learning-powered credit models and over 250 real-time financial signals to expand access to fair credit for millions globally, with a hybrid work model based in Manila requiring 2-3 office days per week.
• Gain direct exposure to senior leaders, shape company-wide operations at scale, design and deploy AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work and unlock team capacity, and develop expertise in structuring ambiguous problems and driving execution in a high-growth, innovative environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in business operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similarly analytical, project-driven role
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive execution without extensive guidance
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic statistical analysis (Excel/Google Sheets required; SQL or BI tools a plus)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) and genuine curiosity about AI's potential to improve team workflows
• Exceptional communication skills to influence, present, and write at a leadership level
• Proven ability to build relationships and work through influence in a cross-functional, remote-first environment
