This role works directly with leadership to solve complex, unstructured problems and build scalable systems that unlock long-term value.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading international market expansion efforts, optimizing marketing investment strategies, conducting financial and operational analyses to inform pricing and margin decisions, building internal tools for goal tracking and resource allocation, and partnering with product and engineering teams to test new features and resolve customer-impacting issues.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- • 5-6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup environment
- • Ability to operate independently and drive impact in ambiguous, unstructured settings with minimal guidance
- • Demonstrated skill in influencing cross-functional teams and driving change through effective communication and stakeholder alignment
- • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance analysis, problem-solving, and execution across business challenges
