- • As a Business Partner Analyst at Stripe, you will drive and enable business performance by delivering observability and insights for complex Risk Operations, improving service quality and operational efficiency through highly analytical projects.
- • You will wrangle large, complex datasets using SQL and AI to create actionable insights, develop metrics and dashboards, conduct analyses, build models, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to inform leadership decisions.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Enablement, Quality & Training, Workforce Management, Finance & Strategy, Data Science, and other global teams to influence decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
- • You will own end-to-end delivery of strategic analytical projects, support goal-setting and planning rhythms, and champion an AI-first mindset by applying tools like Claude and Agents to accelerate work and develop safe AI query frameworks for broader adoption.
- • You will help shape the global economy by contributing to Stripe’s mission of increasing the GDP of the internet through scalable financial infrastructure that powers businesses worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of prior experience in analytical and strategic roles
- • Outstanding analytical ability, expert in SQL, dashboarding, and understanding of data relationships
- • Outstanding communication, presentation skills, and senior stakeholder management skills
- • Expertise working cross-functionally and with globally distributed teams to drive business and operational goals using data
- • Ability to connect the big picture to minute details, toggling between them to set and operationalize strategy
