  • • Conduct BOM risk analysis for new product introductions (NPI) and sustaining products, developing and driving mitigation plans for long-lead, single-source, end-of-life (EOL), and high-liability components.
  • • Own planning for return merchandise authorization (RMA) flows and field replacement programs to ensure field replaceable unit (FRU) availability and SLA attainment with the service organization.

  • • Act as the single planning point of contact for Sales, providing accurate lead times, fulfillment commitments, and order visibility.
  • • Align closely with Finance to ensure planning plans support revenue targets and financial forecasts.
  • • Publish weekly and monthly planning dashboards and present key plans, risks, and performance metrics to business unit leadership.
  • • Maintain proficiency in planning systems such as SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or equivalent, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
