- • Work closely with Business Leaders to scope roles, understand team needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies for sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR functions.
- • Manage the end-to-end hiring process from initial candidate outreach through to final offer negotiation and acceptance.
- • Own full-cycle recruitment for business roles across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and team-specific requirements.
- • Qualify candidates independently with credibility, without requiring hiring managers to translate or simplify role requirements.
- • Design and implement a systematic, data-driven recruitment process that aligns with both individual role needs and the company’s long-term talent strategy.
- • Build, maintain, and continuously expand a robust network of top-tier business talent to support future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill.
- • Strengthen the company’s employer brand by positioning Trading 212 as a preferred employer for business professionals in competitive markets.
- • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey, from first contact to onboarding preparation.
- • Leverage experience to identify inefficiencies in the hiring lifecycle and introduce best practices that improve process effectiveness and scalability.
- • Deliver measurable results across key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion rates, and offer acceptance rates.
- • Demonstrate commercial literacy by understanding how the business operates, engages its markets, and interacts with stakeholders, enabling peer-level collaboration with business leaders.
- • Source candidates independently, including building pipelines from scratch using proactive outreach and creative talent acquisition methods.
- • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- • Exhibit strong time management and organisational abilities to manage multiple concurrent hiring initiatives with precision and urgency.
- • Fluently communicate in English across all recruitment touchpoints, including interviews, negotiations, and written correspondence.
- • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to refine recruitment strategies, adopt new tools, and enhance overall hiring quality and efficiency.

- • Proven in-house experience recruiting for business roles at a high-growth company, with ownership of a commercial hiring function
- • Breadth across business disciplines, including compliance, risk, marketing, finance, operations, and HR
- • Ability to assess candidate strength and cultural fit without needing role requirements simplified
- • Commercial literacy: understanding how a business operates and engages its markets, and engaging business leaders as a peer
- • Track record of sourcing independently, building pipelines from scratch, and managing commercial stakeholders
- • Measurable delivery across key hiring metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance
