📋 Description

• As a Business Recruiter, EMEA at Harvey AI Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s enterprise sales and go-to-market teams by building and executing recruitment strategies that support rapid growth across 60+ countries.
• Day to day, you will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, proactively source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, manage full-cycle recruiting, provide feedback and recruitment metrics to stakeholders, ensure a positive candidate experience, and implement inclusive hiring practices to foster diversity.
• You will join a sharp, mission-driven team at Harvey AI, a fast-scaling enterprise AI company transforming legal and professional services through frontier agentic AI and deep domain expertise, backed by strong product-market fit and world-class investors.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, refine your ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends, build autonomous candidate pipelines from scratch, and contribute to shaping the talent foundation of a generational company at an inflection point.

• Experience handling fast-paced, high-volume full cycle recruiting
• Prior experience working in a high-growth start-up environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers
• Highly organized with the ability to navigate across multiple work streams while managing time efficiently
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform recruitment strategies
