- • Partner with hiring managers across G&A functions (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing) to understand hiring needs and develop effective, efficient recruiting strategies.
- • Source and screen candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, and employee referrals for full-cycle recruitment.
- • Manage a full slate of 8–10 active requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining consistent follow-through across competing priorities.
- • Deliver a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring clear and timely communication at every stage.
- • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring teams to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
- • Contribute to improving and documenting recruiting workflows across business functions to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
- • Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and other recruiters to streamline processes and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- • Apply recruiting metrics to evaluate and optimize sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring demands in a high-growth environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- • Maintain a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve recruitment outcomes.
- • Represent Harvey’s values of Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job’s Not Finished by acting on clear judgment, simplifying processes, and persisting until roles are filled.
- • Support the scaling of recruiting operations during a period of rapid company growth with 1500+ customers across 60+ countries.
- • Work closely with the G&A Recruiting Manager to align recruitment activities with broader talent strategy and organizational goals.
- • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all recruitment practices.
- • Utilize internal tools and systems to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- • Experience working on G&A roles (Finance, IT, HR, Marketing)
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple open roles and tasks
- • Familiarity with recruiting metrics, and a willingness to learn and apply data to improve outcomes
- • Adaptable and proactive, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
